The DinoCapture software application and device drivers which were previously packaged together (in several different versions corresponding to different devices), are now available as separate downloads. This change was made to simplify the process of updating the software and avoid issues related to unnecessarily reinstalling the device drivers whenever the software is updated. Additionally, newer UVC models only require the DinoCapture software, and no device driver. As of this date, the UVC models that do not require a driver include: AM2011, AM3013, AM3613, AD3713, AM3713, AM4013, AM4113, AD4013, AM7013, AD7013, AM7023, AMH2.
From this point forward, UVC models performing a software update or a fresh install will only need the DinoCapture software. Other models (non-UVC) performing a software update will also only need the DinoCapture software. Other models (non-UVC) performing a fresh install will need the DinoCapture software and the corresponding driver.
Three versions of the driver are available on the download page, with the corresponding model numbers listed next to the file name.
