How will I know if my application has been processed?
After you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail notification within 24 hours.
When will I receive my first order?
You should receive your first order within one to two weeks of your account being approved and your titles being fully enrolled.
Will you notify me when new products come out?
Yes. We will notify you of any new products and services as they become available.

What are the payment options?
You can choose from a variety of easy payment options, including Wire Transfer and PayPal. We also accept Master and Visa Cards without any surcharge. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. Due to the high cost associated with C.O.D. orders, we are no longer accepting this method of payment.
