In “Run” type in “regedit” when the new windows pop up find this file
“StillImage” located in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\StillImage
(*** Suggest Backup StillImage folder first ***)
and then delete the files inside or the whole folder.
When finished restart the computer.
