More than one microscope can be operated simultaneously using the DinoCapture 2.0 software which is available for download here:

The ability to run multiple microscopes simultaneously can be quite resource intensive and thus the number that will work with a given computer depends on the specs of that computer.
For reference, the table below shows approximately how many simultaneous microscopes should run on a given computer:
System: number of simultaneous Dino-Lite microscopes
Intel Core 2: 2
Intel i3/i5: 3
Intel i7: 4
If you are having trouble running multiple cameras simultaneously, please check the following:
All microscopes are connected to a USB 2.0 port (not USB 1.1)
Microscopes are connected directly to the computer (not through a hub or extension cable)
If using a laptop, power source is connected.
No other resource intensive USB devices or webcams are currently operating.
Try lowering the resolution of the Dino-Lite microscopes to 640×480.
