Cause:
Possible conflict with other Video camera device
Solution:
When in DinoCapture, go to Settings -> Real Time Image Settings, check for option to select video source. Select DinoLite Microscope.
or
Video Driver may not be updated ( for AM211, 310, 311 models)
Solution:
Download current driver, simply run windows update using internet explorer and it should detect an optional driver called “Hewlett Packard-Other Hardware – HP Basic Starter Camera”. Download, install, then restart your PC.
