Possible cause: USB Port or Hub is USB 1.1 not 2.0
Solution:
1. Reduce the resolution to the lowest setting by going to: “Setting” > “Resolution”
2. Use lowest resolution – 640×480
or
Upgrade to USB 2.0 controller.
If connecting to a USB hub or extension cable, make sure those are USB 2.0 as well.
