1. Error: “DinoCapture 2.0 has stopped responding” and only resolved by creating a new user account

(Try all steps on main user account, try in order, if one does not work, try the next)
1. Uninstall DinoCapture 2.0 and erase the temp files located in “C:\Users\(USER NAME)\AppData\Local\Temp”, then reinstall DinoCapture 2.0 and try running the software.
2. Reinstall DinoCapture 1.0 and do a proper uninstall of it using the uninstall file provided, then install DinoCapture 2.0 and try running it.
3. Uninstall any Dell webcam software if present on computer, and then reinstall it. Then reinstall DinoCapture 2.0 and try running it.
4. If any other webcam software exists, try uninstalling and reinstalling it, then try installing and running DinoCapture 2.0.
