Use the microscope camera with variable magnification to examine and monitor both superficial and deep epidermal features, lesions, etc.
MSFC-Z-CC1 » – (plastic cap) – are useful when conducting skin and cuticle immersions.
AM413ZT » – is ideal for examining areas of concern on the patient’s skin. The polarizing function eliminates the glare from the patient’s skin permitting a better look at the area of concern.
AD413T » – paired with sealed nozzles – use with “immersion” gel to create a polarization effect to ease the examination.
AD413ZT » – with sealed cap – when examining infected areas of concern or areas with secretion.
AM4113T-FVW2 » – helpful for examining white spots and pigment irregularities
Clinical History
Use the microscope eyepiece camera to digitize existing microscopes for detailed histological examination in the lab. Use the handheld microscope camera for histology requiring magnification no greater than 220X.
AM413ZTS » – Non-contact examine at high magnification for examining areas of concern on the patient’s skin
AM413ZT » – The polarizing function eliminates the glare from the patient’s skin permitting a better look at the area of concern.
AM4023XC » – Pair this DinoEye eyepiece camera with an existing microscope to capture images and videos skin dissection slides.
Surface Area Mapping
Use the mounted handheld models to map larger areas of the face, epidermis, and scalp to document pigmented lesions, burns, trauma, warts, fungal conditions, surface vascularity, and parasites.
AM413ZT » – polarizing function eliminates the glare from the patient’s skin permitting a better look at the examining area.
AM4013MZTL » – examining larger areas or when contact with patient is not possible. Polarizing function eliminates the glare from the patient’s skin permitting a better look at the examining area.
Remote Medicine
The free software, portability, and ease of use make the DinoLite handheld microscopes ideal for isolated or remote medicine applications and real-time consultations.
AM413ZT » – polarizing function eliminates the glare from the patient’s skin permitting a better look at the examining area.
Sterilization
- Use less 70% alcohol to clean the plastic nozzle of the handheld models when they are used on the patient.
- To position and stabilize the camera during examination, use an accessory like the MS09B or MS12C stages.
- Use a USB extension cord to increase the range of the camera in examinations. Install the software on each machine in the clinic. The software is free and has no license fees.
