BIGC warrants all Dino-Lite products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the original date of retail purchase. If product is found to be defective within ONE (1) YEAR from date of purchase, www.BigC.com, at its discretion, will repair the product at no charge or exchange the defective product with a new product or a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
This warranty does not apply to damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, misapplication, or negligence; to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a www.BigC.com Authorized Service Provider; if the serial number has been removed from product.
Your evidence of purchase is your dated sales receipt. Please keep your receipt as it will be requested for any warranty service.
To obtain warranty service, download and fill out the RMA Form and send it to sales@bigc.com (e-mail) or 310-618-9996 (fax). Once an RMA is issued, return product at your expense to 20655 S Western Ave, Ste 116, Torrance, CA 90501, including complete RMA Form with RMA# and a copy of your dated sales receipt.
